Joyce Crawford, Master of music, strives to offer the best music instruction in South Florida. Lessons are offered at her studios, online(Florida and worldwide), and at the student's homes. Hello! I am Joyce Crawford. I am committed to helping my students reach their ultimate musical goals! When you have lessons with me, you get personalized with a professional, kind, fun, and encouraging piano and/or vocal instructor, who truly cares about your success. I have over 23 years of experience teaching young children, teens, and adults of all ages, and love to teach! It is very important and rewarding to me as a musician and instructor, to see my students truly understand the material that is presented during each lesson and progress. That way they have the power to be the very best they can be. My lessons are easy to understand, and are sure to help you progress and steadily move towards reaching your goal. My piano and voice lessons emphasize(respectively - voice or piano): Music theory, technique, sight reading, ear training, composition, tonality/key, correct breathing, pronunciation, phrasing, flow, and a complete understanding of all aspects of music. Please call for more information. ---- ---- ---- Joyce Crawford Professional Instruction of Piano and Voice for Children and Adults Studio Location and Hours: Piano and voice lessons are offered at our studio, as well as, at the students' homes(Wellington only), and online. Lessons are available, as follows: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Saturdays 9:30 am - 3:00 pm. Sundays - Open for information and scheduling lessons only. Lessons are not offered on Sundays. Serving: Wellington, Boynton, Lake Worth, Greenacres, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach Gardens. - - - - - - - Audition Preparation We work with students who would like to simply add musical education to their academic curriculum, learn piano and/or voice for their own enjoyment, or follow a professional career in piano, voice, or musical theater. In addition, We also welcome students who would like to prepare for auditions. I urge those students to let me know on our first meeting that auditioning is their goal, and they must sign up and start taking lessons at least 1 full year(no less than 12 months in advance) before they plan to audition - Ms. Crawford likes to truly prepare her students for absolute success. Ms. Crawford has prepared students to audition for Bak Middle School of the Arts, Dreyfoos School of the Arts, The Juilliard School, other schools, and various colleges and universities. We encourage everyone to reserve the best possible time for lessons; A time that would avoid conflict with any other activities. Once a student chooses his/her time for weekly lessons, that particular time will be reserved specially for that student. Being able to give a great schedule to each student is important, that way, each student is comfortable, confident, focused, and feeling ready to learn at lessons time. It is a great pleasure to me to teach piano and voice to students of all ages and levels! My lessons are formulated to promote lasting skills, passion for music, and absolute success. I love to see my students work towards reaching their ultimate musical goals and thrive! I am delighted to know that former students continue to play for their own enjoyment or have become professionals. Some are Broadway artists, and others are successful artists abroad. It is most important to me to know that all have reached their ultimate musical goals. It is my main goal of mine to help my students learn, progress, and make their dreams a reality!
